Bill Gates left his day to day duties at Microsoft to focus on giving away his millions and billions through The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and it looks like one of the projects he's decided to fund is the Condom A Capella Ringtone, a free download aimed to make wearing a rubber (which isn't even rubber come to thing it) more socially exceptable in India.

If you're getting a ringtone that can't be heard by human ears, how can you ever be sure it's downloaded?

That's just one of many questions posed by content provider Dwango, offering ringtones only dog can hear through Japanese carrier DoCoMo. For instance, if you can't hear it, how is the ringtone supposed to notify you of incoming calls? Is it for your dog to answer the phone? Even if it does, will the two of you have anything to talk about?
