Samsung
Should celebs promote phones we know they're not using?
So back nearly a year ago Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad went to the launch party for the Samsung Blackjack 2. It was held at the LA restaurant Beso and hosted by Eva Longoria... don't ask me why about that last part.
Survey: Apple gay friendly, Samsung not so much
A new survey co-headed by Prime Access, a gay focused ad agency and PlanetOut, a global media and entertainment company just came out with a survey to identify the most gay friendly brands; while the rainbow colored Apple predictibly ranked in the highest tier, Samsung is for whatever reason seen as very not gay friendly.
Madonna's Hard Candy just given away
Do you remember the days when people were actually willing to pay money for a Madonna album?
No, No, this isn't one of those lectures about the death of the music industry or how the future of music is new media; it's just that the last couple of Madonna albums have pretty much killed her career as anything other than an oldies act.
I mean have you heard "American Life"; I think her rapping about pilates can be traced as the exact moment she became irrelavent.
Braille cell phone: blind texting the blind
From Napoleon to your cell phone:
The Braille language has been around since 1821 when Napoleon Bonaparte commissioned a written language that French soldiers could use to communicate at night with. And while it was too complicated to ever take hold the French military, Braille soon developed a niche following in the blind community.
And now the language of touch is making its way to the cell phone.
Samsung G600 Belle: Burgundy, Burgundy, and nail polish
Samsung Burgundy G600 shows off it's gunsSo apparently Samsung is offering up the Burgundy version of their SGH-G600 Belle with three bottles of burgundy nail polish... which got me to thinking; if Samsung has that little faith in the product that it's including something that unrelated to the functions of a phone - why stop at just nail polish?
Why not include a free DVD of Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy with the Samsung G600 Belle - I mean I guess you could also just preload it on the phone... but that already would make too much sense.
Samsung's MiniSkirt Season 2 mobile WILL make you smile
I have no idea what the hell a Miniskirt Phone is other than an excuse to show hot girls in short skirts model it, but so be it. I'd rather look at hot girls than random South Korean cell phones any day.
