iPhone vs Blackberry business model

RIM has been building the Blackberry brand slowly, coming onto the smartphone scene in 2002, and gradually becoming a dominate player. Apple however, has been like a bolt of lighting, projected to sell 13 million iPhones worldwide in 2008, after just one year building their name in the marketplace.

iPhone shutter sound mutes Japanese upskirt pictures

According to Nobuyuki Hayash, a Japanese reporter, even if you have your iPhone set to silent in Japan, it will still make a loud shutter sound every time you take a picture.

Why?

Because dirty Japanese men are so notorious for trying to photograph upskirts of women on the subway, that it appears that Apple got rid of silent mode for the iPhone's camera.
