Nope. The Cell Freak is supported by ads, meaning we want your eye balls, not your money. The only thing to be aware of is that “normal texting charges apply” disclaimer from your carrier. We don't know what kind of contract you have with your carrier, and for which services you usually pay. Normally you're not supposed to pay for receiving SMS messages.

I did some research on this, and the answer seems surprisingly to be no. So while I have no idea where Djibouti, Eritrea, and Azerbaijan are, you can text someone over there and ask yourself.

Yes, but only within reason. Any content containing nudity, pornography, hate speech, or spam will be deleted with your account likely terminated. Sort of. While registered users viewing the site on their PC can download any content directly onto their PC, in every other circumstance you need a mobile or PDA phone number. Non cellular phones and other electronic devices aren’t supported.
