When In London, Do Me

I've came across a wonderful service for mobile phones today: a touring guide for the lovely city of London. It's called "Do Me London", and besides its problematic name, it's really something else. Do Me London's goal is to replace those old fashioned touring books that are always too big and/or messy to carry around, and its greatness is simplicity. Just think about it: your mobile phone can become your tour guide. Can I get an "Awesome" up in here?

Here's how to use Do Me London :

* First, make sure you're in London. The UK one.

* Text the word London to 83040.

* You will receive a bookmark to your cellphone. Click on it, and you're in.

* Now use the map or search function to find an Attraction (e.g. St Paul's Cathedral) that you want. Each Attraction has its own page. There is a picture and some text to identify the attraction, a slideshow of photos and one or more chapters for you to listen to.

I totally feel like traveling all the way to London now. However, my true wish is to have a Do My tour guide for Paris. Someday, MobileMistress, someday.
