Sony Ericsson Presents: The Concept Phone To Put An End To Concept Phones
Sony Ericsson might have come up with the concept phone of the decade: avid users tried to imagine how a "perfect" Sony Ericsson handset would have looked by today's standards and posted some concept phones that will most certainly NOT be on the market anytime soon (or maybe never).
These concepts: won't be coming to a store near you
The first one, called K1i features a "huge" 3'' TFT touch-sensitive display with 16 Million colors. Furthermore, the phone has been stuffed with all possible data transfer technologies such as: HSDPA (3.6 Mbps), EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 with A3DP support.
The 7.2 Megapixel monster camera features autofocus, 3x optical zoom and image stabilization, Best Pic and Xenon Flash. The 400 MB internal memory has been supplemented by another 2 GB M2 memory card that should be included in the sales package (must've cost a fortune).
Music lovers will find the Walkman Media Player 3.1 with Megabass more than pleasing. Motion Sensor, Track ID, Accelerometer are already standard for the latest Sony Ericsson handsets, so it's no wonder they've been included in here too. And like all these tech features weren't enough, a built-in GPS receiver has been added just to make you want it more. Oh, and let'sot forget the battery that should last no less than 9 hours talktime mode and 400 hours in standby mode. The price for such a device will be high, but this will not matter as there's no handset too expensive for mobile freaks.
Needless to say (again, and again, and again) that none of these phones will ever come to life; however, it's the thought that matters.
