This has to be a back handed compliment.

According to James Franco, who costars as Sean Penn's gay lover in the upcoming biopic of gay politician Harvey Milk, the first thing Penn did after sharing his first man-on man screen kiss was to text message his ex-wife Madonna:  

"James told the Mirror recently: “After our kiss, Sean texted Madonna and said, ‘I just popped my cherry kissing a guy. I thought of you. I don’t know why’.”

What exactly is Sean trying to tell his ex; she reminds him of a gay man?
