Did you know anyone under the age of 18 who takes a naked cell phone picture of themselves is committing a criminal act? Even if they never show it to anyone? Here's the crazy case that brought it to my attention:

In Pittsburgh, a 15-year-old girl was arrested and charged with sexual
abuse of children, possession of child pornography and dissemination of
child pornography when she posted nude and sexually explicit photos of
herself on the Internet in 2004.

Now in this specific case, she had been sending pictures where she was naked and performing various sexual acts to people in chat rooms, but she was also charged "possession of child pornography" meaning just by taking a naked photograph of herself, she could potentially end up on a list of registered sex offenders.

There you go folks, The Pennsylvania Penal Code, tough on crime, tougher on common sense.
