With the big news at the WWDD being the official launch of the 3G iPhone, lost in the shuffle was some great iPhone downloads that will be made available when the iPhone App Store goes online early next month:

One of the most promising is an iPhone version of Sega's Super Monkey Ball, which looks like a 3D version of Sonic the Hedgehog, and you control by tilting the iPhone.

Meanwhile Pangea Software software took the puzzle game Enigmo and the caveman themed Cro-Mag Rally out for a test drive. Because clearly when you thing of car racing, you think of prehistoric man?

Last up was the Spain based Digital Legends Entertainment with the cinematic action adventure game Kroll. As they only started importing their game two weeks ago, Kroll is expected to be released in September, a couple of months later than Sega and Pangea's games, which will drop early July with a $9.99 price tag.

And as always, if you want free content for your iPhone 3G before these games are ready, you can check out our free downloads page.
