Not for your eyes... that was the sentiment expressed by Judge Marilyn Rosenbaum in regards to the press requesting video and stills from the Dominic Jones Sex Tape.

Dominic Jones is a star cornerback for the Minnesota Gophers football team and was charged with rape after cell phone video teammate Alex Daniels took revealed Jones masturbating on a drunk, asleep girl at a college party.

While the clip had been deleted off Daniels ' cell phone, investigators were able to use forensics to retrieve 30 seconds of video from the phone.

A jury would eventually strike down the rape charge though still convict
Dominic Jones of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct; however even with jury tampering not an issue, the cell phone sex tape will remain out of the hands of Minnesota media outlets.

(But while you can't watch footage Dominic Jones abusing women, you can still watch him abusing football players, as seen in this clip of a USC game.)
