With places like California signing laws banning the talk and drive, the wireless headset is only going to become more popular... especially with douche bags. First it was Al Pacino a couple of weeks ago, and now it's a couple of Red Sox/Yankees fans.

See Charles Hillios is a Red Sox fan who went to see Red Sox-Yankees game at Yankee Stadium on Aug. 29, 2007. Shawn Sellick and Daniel Benjamin are Yankee fans who took offense to a Rex Sox fan being at a Yankees game.

So Shawn Sellick and Daniel Benjamin beat the crap out of Hillios so badly that he's about to go in for his second eye operation. And of course Sellick, above, was wearing, a wireless headset at the time.

Now I'm not saying anyone wearing a Bluetooth headset is going to try to crack your skull, but it is prety much the modern day equivilant of a Members Only jacket.

If your wearing one, there's a 100% chance you're a douche.
